  ProfessorIllinois State University

  Rachel E. Scott is the associate dean for information assets at Illinois State University’s Milner Library, where she oversees the collection development, cultural heritage activities, digital scholarship and scholarly communication initiatives, and technical services. Scott recently completed a PhD in historical musicology and conducts research at the intersections of library collections and their discovery, music bibliography, and scholarly communication.

  Liz is a manager in the Open Research Partnerships team at Taylor & Francis and has held various commercial and editorial roles in research publishing since earning a PhD in Theatre Studies from the University of Warwick in 2018. She works with T&F teams and open access partners across the world to support the sustainable growth of our OA programs and bring to life the value they have delivered for the communities and stakeholders they serve.

  Open Research Business Development Manager for the AmericasTaylor & Francis

  Joseph Lerro is an Open Research Business Development Manager for the Americas at Taylor & Francis Group. For the past eleven years, Joe has worked with researchers, librarians, administrators, and funders throughout the Americas to offer publishing solutions that meet each institution’s specialized needs using both traditional and alternative publishing models. Joe graduated from Rosemont College with a Master’s degree in Publishing and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Loyola University Maryland.
