Mina Razzak, PhD
Editorial DirectorNature ReviewsWith a biomedical science degree from Victoria University of Wellington and a PhD in organic chemistry from the University of Cambridge, Mina leads editorial operations for all the Nature Reviews journals, previously overseeing the launch of Nature Reviews Disease Primers as its Chief Editor. In her role, she has championed diversity, equity and inclusion in publishing and has worked with the editorial teams of Nature Reviews to build multiple platforms and processes to enhance inclusive publishing practices in the journals.
Graham Simpkins, PhD
Chief EditorNature Reviews Earth & EnvironmentGraham has been at Springer Nature since 2016, working at Nature Communications and Nature Climate Change before becoming the inaugural Chief Editor of Nature Reviews Earth & Environment. Since 2021, he has also been a Team Leader within Nature Reviews. Prior to his editorial career, Graham completed a PhD in climate dynamics at UNSW, Australia, and postdoctoral research at the University of California-Irvine, USA.
Daniel R. Dickstein, MD
Chief Resident, Department of Radiation OncologyIcahn School of Medicine at Mount SinaiAs a first-year radiation oncology resident at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Daniel, now Chief Resident, recognized the unmet need to address sexual dysfunction among sexual and gender minorities with pelvic malignancies. A serendipitous encounter with a call for proposals by Nature Reviews Urology led to a viral publication. This success propelled Daniel to be invited to present at NRG Oncology, join the American Radium Society Genitourinary Guideline Committee, and win an ASCO Young Investigator Award. Currently, Daniel is working with Nature Reviews Gastroenterology & Hepatology, to continue normalizing discussions on sexual health, particularly regarding receptive anal intercourse, among sexual and gender minorities.
Jill Adie, PhD
Head of Publishing Strategy – Nature JournalsSpringer NatureJill Adie is a Head of Publishing Strategy – Nature Journals, at Springer Nature based in London, UK. She has a PhD in structural biology and BSc in pharmacology from the University of Edinburgh, and previously worked as a clinical trial Project Manager at Quintiles, then as a Science Communication Product Manager at Springer Nature. With over 10 years of experience working in STEM publishing, Jill currently manages the new Nature launches, and the Nature Reviews portfolio of journals, working closely with editorial, production, sales and marketing teams to ensure the Nature Reviews titles provide best-in-class service for authors and readers.
