Join us for an engaging presentation about the art of creating content strategies for library websites. A well-crafted content strategy ensures that users can find relevant and easily understandable information—and it helps you avoid broken links, outdated references, and jargon-filled pages that patrons don’t find useful. By applying user personas, collaborating productively, and creating a content roadmap, you can streamline information workflows and maximize the impact of your library’s online presence. We’ll share practical tips and real examples from successful content strategy projects at NC State University Libraries.
- Attendees will learn how to implement collaborative content strategy approaches.
- Attendees will learn how to apply user personas to create a content roadmap.
- Attendees will consider their own organizational cultures in thinking about how to approach content strategy at their institution.
