Episode 69
For this four-part series, The Authority File takes a break form its usual interview format to present a panel Bill moderated at the Charleston Conference called, “Marketing Academic Library Resources and Services: How Marketing and Outreach Support a Library’s Value Proposition—and an Analysis of Current Practices.” The panel covered the current state of marketing and outreach activities at libraries and what these initiatives look like at different types of institutions. It also presented the results of a survey Choice conducted on library marketing and outreach. In this episode, the panelists discuss the marketing and outreach of digital resources and the priority placed on them.
