About the guests:
M. Leslie Madden is Team Leader for Arts & Sciences and is the subject librarian for English, World Languages & Cultures, and Applied Linguistics & ESL at Georgia State University Library. She is Past-Chair of the ACRL University Libraries Section (ULS) and founder and former convener of the ULS Mid-Level Managers Discussion Group. She holds an M.A. in English literature from Virginia Commonwealth University and an M.S.L.S. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Laura Carscaddon is Head, Research & Engagement at Georgia State University Library where she has been employed since 2010. Laura holds an M.S. in Information Science from the University of Tennessee and participated in the 2015 ALA Leadership Institute.
Denita Hampton is Manager, User Services and Technology Support at Georgia State University Library. She is responsible for the Library Services Desk which includes circulation and media services; the Technology Support Desk which provides equipment checkout and basic software support; and CURVE (Collaborative University Research & Visualization Environment) which provides the latest interactive digital technology to students. Denita has presented at regional and national conferences and is co-organizer of the Access Services Conference.
