ChatGPT has quickly become a generic trademark for all generative AI chatbots and tools. Of course, ChatGPT is only one AI tool among many currently on the market. (ITHAKA has put together a nice tracker for generative AI products.) We have drawn attention before to alternatives to ChatGPT, but we’re curious: Which AI tools have you used for work-related tasks as a librarian? More specifically, which tasks have you found generative AI particularly helpful for?
